February 23, 2026-Outreach at Curie High School

While in Chicago, Grisha also spent time with students at Curie High School for a special outreach visit.

Students had the chance to hear him perform up close and ask thoughtful questions about flamenco guitar, musical technique, and life as a professional musician. The conversation quickly turned into a lively exchange, and it was clear that Grisha’s passion for music resonated with the students.

We are especially grateful to Curie High School, and Assistant Principal Dr. Katie Shanovich, for welcoming Grisha and giving students the opportunity to experience his artistry firsthand.

Programs like this are an important part of Chicago Artopia’s mission to connect young people in our community with inspiring artists and cultural experiences.
